These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FairwayFinder mobile application, website and related services operated by LEJIT Ltd.

By accessing or using FairwayFinder you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FairwayFinder.

By creating an account you confirm that you satisfy this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security.
• Keeping account information accurate.
• All activity performed using your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. FairwayFinder Services

FairwayFinder provides services including:

• Golf course discovery.
• Travel time calculations.
• Distance searching.
• Player, Group and Society management.
• Community ratings.
• Wishlist, favourites and played course tracking.
• Course proximity alerts.

Features may be modified, expanded or removed over time.

5. Premium Membership

FairwayFinder Premium is available as an annual subscription.

Current subscription price:

£5.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play unless cancelled before renewal.

Premium features may change as the platform evolves.

6. Community Ratings

Users may submit ratings and recommendations for golf courses.

You agree:

• Ratings are honest and accurate.
• Ratings are not misleading.
• Ratings are not abusive or defamatory.
• You will not attempt to manipulate ratings.

FairwayFinder reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Upload malicious software.
• Interfere with platform operation.
• Harass or abuse other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All FairwayFinder branding, software, content, graphics and design remain the property of LEJIT Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates and technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

10. Accuracy Of Information

Golf course information is sourced from multiple providers and databases.

Whilst we strive for accuracy, FairwayFinder cannot guarantee that all course information, pricing, travel times or ratings are always current.

11. Limitation Of Liability

FairwayFinder is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEJIT Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

12. Account Termination

Users may permanently delete their account using the DropZone feature.

FairwayFinder may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The latest version will always be published on this website and within the FairwayFinder application where appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
