• MYEG Membership Number

Passwords are never stored in plain text and are managed through our authentication provider.

When other FairwayFinder users search for golfers, only limited profile information may be visible.

• Approximate Location (Town / City)

Email addresses, mobile numbers, full addresses, postcodes, handicap information and membership numbers are never displayed publicly.

FairwayFinder may collect:

• Search Towns & Cities
• Saved Player Locations
• Saved Group Locations
• Saved Society Locations

Location data is used solely to calculate travel times, distances and golf course search results.

6. Community Ratings

If you choose to rate golf courses we may collect:

Ratings are displayed anonymously and cannot be linked back to individual users.

8. Course Proximity Alerts
